What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. You could pay with PayPal if you have an account with them, but if you don’t, no worries click Pay with "Bill Me Later®, Debit or Credit Card" to make your purchase. PayPal is the most trusted payment service out there.

How much is shipping?

The shipping is FREE in United States. The shears are already super expensive. However, outside of United States it is $15-35 per shear.

How fast will I receive my order?

We will ship your order same day or in 1 business day and you should typically receive your order within 3-5 business days. International orders take about 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

The shears are very personal. Once open and tested you change the life direction of each shear. After all it is a precious tool, yes even superb German steel, we cannot change or amend orders nor do we exchange or provide refunds for shears. However, if you believe there is technical problem with your shear, you can return them to the manufacturer. The manufacturer info is provided with every shear.
